We are looking for a skilled butcher to cut meat and seafood. Some of the job duties will include breaking down tenderloins and fish into smaller portions. Using the meat grinder to make buger patties. Making sure everything is lableled properly, and is cut to our standard portion size. Proficiency in using various knives and cutting tools to butcher and prepare steaks and seafood. An understanding of different cuts of meat. 

Key responsibilities of a meat cutter:
 

Cutting and trimming meat: Using knives and specialized cutting equipment to break down large cuts of meat into smaller portions like steaks

Labeling: Properly wrapping and labeling  
 
Quality control: Inspecting meat for freshness and quality
 
Sanitation and safety: Maintaining a clean work area, properly cleaning and sanitizing knives and equipment, following food safety regulations. 
 
 
Required skills and knowledge:
 
Knife handling skills: Proficiency in using various types of knives to accurately and safely cut meat. 
 
Food safety practices: Awareness of proper food handling and sanitation procedures. 
 
Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions. 
 
Attention to detail: Ensuring accurate cutting and labeling
